This was a common topic of discussion at WordCamp Asia, where most folks were trying figure out what to do with AI:
- How to use it as a tool and/or service offering
- Whether it's a business risk given it can replace development
One of the more interesting sessions about this was James LePage's WordPress and AI talk.
After all, much depends on how WordPress is going to embrace AI. It's worth a listen.
Another theme was diversification. Many agencies are going working with other platforms. Shopify was the #1 option.
